En la seua opini\u00f3, este acord beneficiar\u00e0 a treballadors, empreses i clients i ajudar\u00e0 el comer\u00e7 del moble a \u201c<em>avan\u00e7ar cap a un futur m\u00e9s pr\u00f2sper\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Per al responsable sectorial de Comer\u00e7 de FeSMC-UGT-PV, <strong>Esteban Ramos<\/strong>, amb este conveni, que seguix la l\u00ednia de treball comen\u00e7ada amb altres organitzacions membre de Confecomer\u00e7 amb les quals s&#8217;han firmat convenis auton\u00f2mics de T\u00e8xtil, Carnisseria i Forn, entre altres, s&#8217;ha aconseguit \u201c<em>un punt d&#8217;uni\u00f3 que beneficia a totes dues parts\u201d, i ha confiat a mantindre esta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 per a \u201carribar a normalitzar les relacions laborals de tota la Comunitat<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per part seua, el responsable de Comer\u00e7 de la Federaci\u00f3 de Servicis de CCOO-PV, <em>Salvador Mej\u00edas<\/em>, ha afirmat que amb este acord \u201c<em>iniciem una senda important en la negociaci\u00f3 dels convenis auton\u00f2mics\u201d del sector del comer\u00e7 que ha de conduir a la fita de \u201caconseguir un conveni per a tot el Comer\u00e7 a nivell auton\u00f2mic<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La directora general <strong>Maribel S\u00e1ez<\/strong> ha posat en valor el treball realitzat per empresaris i sindicats per a elevar el comer\u00e7 del moble de la Comunitat Valenciana amb un acord que \u201c<em>ser\u00e0 benefici\u00f3s per al comer\u00e7, el consum i l&#8217;artesania d&#8217;esta Comunitat<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Amb este conveni col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;\u00e0mbit auton\u00f2mic, que supera definitivament la fragmentaci\u00f3 dels convenis provincials, que provocava situacions asim\u00e8triques que afectaven el mateix tipus d&#8217;activitat i de treball, el sector del comer\u00e7 de mobles ja compta amb una ferramenta actualitzada i \u00fatil per a afrontar els molts reptes que el mercat de treball t\u00e9 plantejats actualment.<\/p>\n<p>Com a principals novetats, en mat\u00e8ria de temps de treball destaca l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 realitzat per les parts negociadores per a <strong>avan\u00e7ar cap a un model de distribuci\u00f3 de la jornada que promoga la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i personal<\/strong>, de manera que el sector afrontar\u00e0, amb f\u00f3rmules basades en el consens, una progressiva transici\u00f3 cap a un model de descans setmanal que aposta decididament pels denominats &#8220;caps de setmana de qualitat&#8221;, en el marc d&#8217;unes condicions d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 estable com el que oferixen les petites i mitjanes empreses.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 conjunt de les parts negociadores per a consolidar un marc com\u00fa de condicions laborals per al conjunt del sector en la Comunitat Valenciana suposar\u00e0 una <strong>major polival\u00e8ncia en el desenvolupament de la prestaci\u00f3 laboral, aix\u00ed com una millor gesti\u00f3 dels recursos humans<\/strong>, amb retribucions que milloren en els nivells d&#8217;entrada al Salari M\u00ednim Interprofessional i permeten la promoci\u00f3 en un sector que aposta per la qualitat en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/confecomerc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Mesa-convenio-autonomico-mueble-min-1024x768.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-263688\" src=\"https:\/\/confecomerc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Mesa-convenio-autonomico-mueble-min-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Mesa convenio auton\u00f3mico mueble-min\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/confecomerc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Mesa-convenio-autonomico-mueble-min-980x735.jpg 980w, https:\/\/confecomerc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Mesa-convenio-autonomico-mueble-min-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comer\u00e7 Moble, CCOO-PV i UGT-PV subscriuen este acord Comer\u00e7 Moble, CCOO-PV i UGT-PV han firmat \u00e9s dimarts 21 de maig el primer conveni sectorial del comer\u00e7 del moble d&#8217;\u00e0mbit auton\u00f2mic, que tanca un intens treball realitzat per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 empresarial membre de Confecomer\u00e7 i representant del comer\u00e7 del moble a nivell auton\u00f2mic i els sindicats majoritaris [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":263687,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[613,615],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-263692","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-associats-confecomerc-cv","category-notes-de-premsa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
